2. Receive Return Instructions

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping & Extra Fees
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.
- We do not cover or reimburse any additional charges such as return shipping fees, customs duties, or bank processing fees.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
